Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few hours, containing your order number. You may also review your order information and history through your Hatch & Cloak® online account.

Order Status & Tracking: Our goal is to process all orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 p.m. PST within 7-10 business days, and all orders placed Friday-Sunday within 7-10 business days.

When your order is processed by one of our fulfillment specialists, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification that your package has been shipped. The email will include the tracking number for reference. You may also locate your tracking number(s) and order history through your Hatch & Cloak® online account.
For packages refused by the recipient at the time of delivery a 20% restocking fee will be incurred or the package re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Canceling or Modifying an Order: As soon as your order is submitted, it enters our fulfillment system and the processing of your order begins. Because of this, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Credit Card Charges: Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed. All refunds will be credited back to the original credit or debit card used to place the order. The credit card will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on your individual financial institution. At Hatch & Cloak®, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your Hatch & Cloak® purchase, we will gladly refund, exchange, or replace it except for any hand-made wreaths, hand-made garlands, hand-made nests, sale items or final sales which are non-returnable/non-refundable. Please note that all products non-refundable are noted on each product page.  All items listed as hand-made are final sale and are non-returnable.  Hatch & Cloak must be notified by the purchaser of the product who signed the original purchase order. Hatch & Cloak must be notified within 3 business days excluding weekends after receiving your purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Hatch & Cloak immediately after receiving your order.  All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with the company hang tags still attached. Personalized, monogrammed, or altered products will not be accepted for refund or exchange, and gift items may be exchanged only. If an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return postage is your responsibility.

How do I return or exchange an item(s) that I purchased from Hatch & Cloak:

If Hatch & Cloak agrees to the Return or Exchange:

Pack and seal your box securely, and ship via a traceable carrier such USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please remember that return postage is your responsibility, therefore packages must be returned prepaid. Please note that Hatch & Cloak® is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

How will I know when you have received my return/exchange?

 Hatch & Cloak will return a call within 7 business days of receiving the package.  We will refund the cost or gladly exchange the item(s) and any applicable sales tax (sorry, no shipping costs will be refunded unless we sent the wrong item or the item was defective.) All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction (unless otherwise specified on the Return & Exchange Form) within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return. The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution. If an item(s) does not meet the Return & Exchange Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.


Holiday Returns Policy: Hatch & Cloak will not return holiday items.  Hatch & Cloak may exchange the item(s) under Hatch & Cloak discretion.
